On that ticket thing, just right click and choose "Save link as..." or whatever it says. Then just save the file. It's easier and usually faster.

you have to wait until there are 0 seconds left and you'll see the link
but you only download a small amount of MB (about 15 ) each 3 hours
so copy/paste the link somewhere if your downloadlimit has passed and try again in a couple of hours
"file not found"
