Introducing a new admin

Dear Skins.be members,

There have been some changes in Skins.be staff today and we inform you that our admin Kros had to step down. Unfortunately Kros got too busy with his work and couldn't be active enough for all forum duties, so he decided to step down from admin position.
This occasion I wish to thank you for all the things you have contributed to our forum and all the time you spent improving it. I'm sure many users will agree he was always helpful and contributing with posting pics and filling art request with his great PS work. He will still visit the forum, but just not as regular as before.

And now it's time to introduce you with your new admin - mersa. Congratulations on the promotion (it took a little more than 2 weeks like you planned ). I'm sure you all know him well so i don't believe any big introductions are needed.
