How to upload pics in Albums ?

It says Click Add Files but there is no add files option.



it also says "Manage all files that you have uploaded". When and where i should upload.

Is the Photo Album up loader going to get fixed. I was just wondering because I wanted to put some pic's in a album on my profile and some in the group I'm in. Just thought I'd ask and see what's happening with it.
